1968- Fram purchased Superior Fiberglass Corporation, a manufacturer of fiberglass media.
1970's- Fram Aire Company and The Bendix Corporation merge into part of FACET Enterprises, Inc.

1987- FACET Enterprises acquires Purolator.

1988- Pennzoil Corporation acquires FACET Enterprises and establishes furnace filters manufacturing / distribution facility (Davenport, IA).
