Scotch on The Rocks Luxury Villa is set in a landscaped garden bursting with exotic tropical flowers, vibrant orchids, and beautiful shade trees. Hidden hammocks and benches provide a cool respite and a quiet place to relax. The villa's turquoise walls mirror the brilliant Caribbean Sea, and this incredible site on the rocks gives you a great view of the bay, as well as access to the balmy tropical breezes.

The fresh water swimming pool lies is surrounded by plush sun chairs and the villa's two verandas. This private area is perfect for reading, basking and taking in the expansive view of Sandy Bay. Down the steps, the private pier runs out into a secluded shallow, sandy alcove that gives easy access to the clear blue Caribbean sea. The gazebo offers a tranquil spot to relax in the shade and read or daydream.

Protected by a reef, the bay is like a large swimming pool where you can swim, snorkel, kayak or take a boat ride. The unspoiled reef is populated with tropical fish and brightly colored coral. To the East, you can explore small limestone caves with underground fresh water springs that feed into the sea. A short boat ride to the West is the world famous Dunn's River Falls.

The villa's first floor accomodates the living room, formal dining room, TV room with comfortable sofa-bed, kitchen, and 2 verandas - which are the heart of the villa. The Main Veranda flows onto an expansive wooden deck, furnished with Adirondack chairs, and offering views over Sandy Bay. Across the villa, the Dining Patio is a great place to enjoy chef's delicious meals with a breathtaking view.

The villa´s Living Room is a comfortable place to relax and socialize. This bright and airy room, with plush seating, mahogany furnishing, and chinese art gives direct access to the Main Veranda and the rest of the first floor. The TV Room, with oversized couches, bean bags, and TV/VCR/DVD/CD player, is the villa's entertainment center and also converts into a fifth bedroom when necessary.

The villa´s 4 Bedrooms are air conditioned, with full travertine tiled en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is luxuriously furnished with fine bed linens, plush duvets, down pillows, mahogany or travertine floors, and antique Jamaican furniture. The 3 upstairs bedrooms each have a private veranda, overlooking the Caribbean Sea or tropical garden. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the other 2.

The Fourth Bedroom is in the attached 'Cottage Suite', which also opens onto the breakfast patio and garden. This bedroom is furnished with a couch, TV, and a choice of two twin beds or a king-size bed.

The newly expanded TV Room converts to a Fifth Bedroom, with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, when required. This room also overlooks the deck and the sea.
