If you wish to return a current model pump to Basementsaver outside the terms of our 30 Day Guarantee or Warranty, You may do so at our discretion, as follows:

First - contact us by e-mail at service@basementsaver.com
or by phone at 1-866-374-3977 to inform us of your intended return.

We will require Your order number, name, phone number, and date of purchase to initiate your return process

We will authorize your return and provide you with all details so that you can return the pump to us, at Your expense.

Typically, within 2 business days of arriving at our facility, Your pump unit will be unpacked, fully inspected, and tested.

If the inspector determines that the pump is returned to us in its original package, with all parts included, and in re-saleable condition we will deduct our original cost of shipping and handling, and we will reimburse you with the balance.

If the inspector determines that the pump is returned to us with missing components, or any components that are not in resaleable condition, we will also deduct the price of those components from your reimbursement.

If you wish to return a pump to us that is no longer a current model, please be aware that we may accept it at our discretion, but we will only be able to reimburse you for any components that we can resell.
