On one of Anguilla´s most lauded beaches sits one of its greatest homes: BeachCourt Villa at Shoal Bay. This 10,000 square foot luxury villa with swimming pool and tennis court is situated on the hillside at the western end of Shoal Bay East. It is one of the very few houses on all of Shoal Bay whose property brings you right to the sand.

BeachCourt Villa is set on the hillside about 40 feet above the shore at Shoal Bay East. Here, you get a fantastic view of one of the Caribbean´s most magnificent beaches, and access to the comfortable tropical breezes. This gorgeous luxury villa is located on an acre of secluded shoreline, where the talc sands of Shoal Bay end. You can walk the entire beach, but almost no one walks by you.

Swimming, snorkeling, and leisurely walks are all available right outside the gate to Your private luxury villa. Over 1½ miles of pristine beach are just a short walk from the spacious villa decks. Passing through the lush gardens, past the tennis court, you can enter the sea right in front of the house - for some of the finest snorkeling you will ever experience directly from any beach, anywhere in the world.

Within the villa gate lies Your private sanctuary. All manner of tropical gardens: oleander, bougainvillea, allamanda, palm trees, and local grasses surround the house, the tennis court, and the beach path. Tropical planters adorn the pool deck as well.

The 50´x15´ fresh water pool is perfect for lap swimming or a refreshing dip. Its expansive non-slip deck and covered veranda, allow "sun worshippers" and ´shade-sitters" to spend real "quality time" together. From this perspective, you overlook the sea, to the east, north, and west. What an incredible location!

The Omnicourt tennis court (rubberized undercoating makes it very easy on the feet) sits directly above the beach. The views are breath-taking, so if you love tennis and beautiful surroundings, BeachCourt Villa really could be Your luxury vacation home in paradise.

BeachCourt Villa is open, spacious, and built to accommodate large groups efficiently and luxuriously. You and your party will enjoy exclusive use of the Villa, and all amenities, during your stay. Terraced below the grand Entrance Foyer, and centered around a 900 square foot 'Great Room', the open plan Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Area, overlook the greens, blues, and whites of Shoal Bay.

Sliding glass doors open onto an expansive covered 600 square foot deck, which leads on to the private swimming pool, tennis court, and the short Beach Path.

The Great Room has its own granite-topped wet bar with refrigerator and ice-maker. Mix your favorite rum drink while listening to reggae music as cooling breezes caress you. All of your senses will be fully engaged at BeachCourt Villa.

BeachCourt Villa´s Kitchen is for people who love to cook and love to eat: over 30 feet of "L-shaped" granite counters hold two double-bowl sinks, dishwasher, and cabinets, all beneath soaring bleached wood ceilings. A separate island has a five-burner cook top and oven. With the superbly fresh food and the available services of a house chef, you can experience gourmet meals as often as you like!

Professional kitchen equipment includes Cuisinart food processor; electric hand-mixer; blender; coffee makers; and all manner of pots, pans, work bowls, knives, whisks, spatulas - everything for the avid chef or the first one up to make coffee.

The interior Dining Area accommodates 12 (with dishes and place-settings for many more), or you can enjoy your meals on the spacious deck - just a few feet away.

The Living Room features a full home theater (with DVD library and cable TV) and a high quality stereo sound system with CD library. You'll relax comfortably in the plush, brightly upholstered, Thai furniture - this room is also the perfect place to read (or just take a nap) after a tough day at the beach or an energetic session on the tennis court.

BeachCourt Villa´s 6 Bedrooms will accommodate 12 people. The study and an additional room with bathroom at tennis court level can accommodate an additional 4. You'll sleep well and awake refreshed ready for another perfect day in the sun and surf.
